- The registration fees included VAT according to the current tax rate of the Law at the time.

The Cut-off time of Half Marathon – 21KM is 4 hours which is counted from the Gun Time.

*Note: Participants who cannot finish before the Cut Off time will not be able to continue the race with no exception. As the route needs to be open again for locals and the health & safety of staff/ volunteers needs to be ensured at the same time. Aid stations will be closed as well after the cut-off time.

- The entries after 11:59PM on Thursday, September 5, 2024 – UTC+07:00 will not have the option of printing names on the Race BIB. The size of the event singlet will not be guaranteed at this time of registration.
- Only runners who finish the course within the cut-off time (Gun Time) can be awarded a Medal and Finisher T-shirt. .

E-WAVER AGREEMENT
Without exception, sending registration information via any form (registering directly on the website, sending individual registration emails, registering in groups) shows your consent – the contest participant, and you understand, agrees, warrants and covenants to the race. See details here.
Participants can change the category until 11:59 PM Friday, October 25, 2024 (or when the slots are sold out) or transfer their race entries once until 11:59 PM Tuesday, December 31, 2024. If you wish to do so, please send your request here. Your request will be processed and respond to your email within 7 days. Kindly keep an eye on your mailbox (include the spam one) during this time.
- If you change to a category of a greater value than your original one, you are required to pay the difference of entry fees as it stands at the point of upgrading.
- If you change to a category of a lesser value, there is no refund of the difference in entry fees.
Administration fee must be paid upon any changes:
– Upgrade/ Downgrade: 100,000 VND/registration.
– Transfer: 300,000 VND/registration.

RACE PHOTOS
Your race photos will be sent to your email. We will announce the time the images will be ready on event fanpage. Race photos are available for purchase at the cost of 99.000 VND/ Package.
Our photographers will try their best to get your best pictures during the race, however, sometimes runners are missed. We apologize in advance if you do not have a picture or missing some moments.
RONNY DRAGON FOR TOP 15 RUNNERS
The top 15 overall (Male & Female) will take home our dragon Ronny as the honor for your extraordinary performance.
